MARIA RABKINA
CEO
Maria is an entrepreneur with over 10 years of experience in the beauty industry. With her first project being a beauty salon that specialized in selling cosmetic products, she has now shifted her focus into providing medical aesthetic services to men and women who seek to improve their looks.
DR. DIEGO DELGADO
MEDICAL DIRECTOR
Dr. Diego Delgado graduated in Medicine from the Universidad del Salvador in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Dr Delgado is a Professor at the Department of Medicine of the University of Toronto. He has worked for more than 10 years as an instructor and assistant professor of anatomy at the University of Salvador in Buenos Aires. He is the Medical Director of Vita Medical Aesthetics Academy in Toronto. He is a Member of the Humber’s Medical Aesthetics Program Advisory Committee and Faculty of the Canadian Board of Aesthetics Medicine. He is member and frequent speaker for the Canadian Laser Aesthetics Surgical Society and the Canadian Association of Aesthetics Medicine. His main interests are advanced aesthetics anatomy and use of advanced aesthetics procedures for facial rejuvenation and body contouring.
CRISSY GARCIA
Medical Aesthetician
This is Crissy our Medical Aesthetician as a graduate from Bryan College she has been in the industry for 5 years now. Her journey starts in the middle east as she worked as a Beauty Advisor / aesthetician performing a variety of treatments . She specializes in facial, body contouring and laser hair removal . Her passion is to help achieve our clients’ beauty goals.
Michelle Greenberg
Medical Aesthetician
Michelle’s passion for skincare started as a teen dealing with acne. She pursued a career in aesthetics to have a better understanding of her own skin journey, and to help clients learn to love the skin they’re in. Michelle’s knowledge and expertise is in hyperpigmentation removal, skin tightening treatments, chemical peels, et al.
Michelle’s clients leave with a renewed sense of confidence and a better sense of their own skin needs. Michelle believes ‘good’ skin can start at any age!
Kayla Palmer
RPN, CCNI
I began my nursing journey in 2019, initially working in both home and hospital settings, where I honed my skills and passion for patient care. Over time, I transitioned into a certified nurse injector role, where I combine my clinical expertise with a keen eye for aesthetics, helping individuals achieve their desired appearance safely and confidently. I am dedicated to continual learning and staying updated on the latest advancements in nursing practice to provide the highest level of care to my patients.
Victoria Shaw

My name is Victoria! My professional Aesthetics journey started back in 2020, however, I’ve always had a passion and interest for skin care as I’ve struggled with pigmentation in my skin over the years. I have over 6 years of experience in business and over 3 years in the beauty industry. Personally, I’ve always had a passion for the beauty industry and for self care. I also love being able to help connect with others and bring the confidence within themselves.
